How long does delivery take?
Every order ships with tracking and arrives in 6–10 business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse.
Will the goggles fit over my helmet?
Yes. The strap adjusts and has a silicone lining that grips any ski helmet.
Do the goggles fit over glasses?
Yes. It fits perfectly over the glasses.
How do the colour-changing products work?
Thermochrome and Shift react to temperature. Afterdark shows its leopard pattern when wet.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Contact us and we'll guide you through it.
Will my Alpine Kit arrive in one package?
The three items in The Alpine Kit are prepared by different partner warehouses, so they usually arrive in separate packages. Each package has its own tracking link, and you'll receive an email as soon as each one ships. Shipping is free for the whole kit, and you won't pay anything extra for the split delivery.
